The classes will help develop your creativity and technique through energetic and challenging phrases (sequences) and varied exercises. The aim of these classes is to provide an opportunity for participants to develop the skill and confidence to dance with ease.

Class Format

Class will begin with light stretching, or somatic exercises. You will then learn some contemporary exercises to warm up the body and will work on learning choreography. You will incorporate techniques learned throughout class. Class will round off with a warm down to finish.
