The class will take the form or a traditional structured class consisting of a warm up, barre and centre exercises. This class promotes fitness, good posture, balance, flexibility, coordination, spatial awareness and rhythm.
Our Ballet for Improvers class is suitable for individuals who have recent ballet experience, or who may have learned ballet when they were younger and are looking to regain those skills.

Roy has danced professionally with both The Irish Ballet Company and Dublin City Ballet and more recently was ballet master with Irish Modern Dance Theatre. He has been teaching his popular adult classes to beginners and improvers at Dance Limerick for the last number of years.

Through a combination of performance platforms, residency opportunities, master classes, talks and lectures, Dance Limerick will advocate for artistic dialogue and exchange.
