Class open to all ages, both Beginners and Improvers level in Hip-Hop.
Rachel Sheil's Hip-Hop class has gone from strength to strength for over two years with consistent interest. These classes teach you foundational Street Dance techniques, how to groove and feel more comfortable and confident in your own body, how to listen and react to your favourite music and finally, about the mindset and culture of Hip-Hop!
Please follow Dance Limerick Hip-Hop Class's Facebook page HERE to have a look at what we get up to in class.
Rachel says: I believe in creating a welcoming and supporting environment where people work hard, sweat laugh and feel safe to make mistakes in the ever continuing learning process.
