All are welcome to an intensive workshop in ballet with Patricia Crosbie at Dance Limerick.
This workshop is designed to give an insight into the world of classical ballet.
Aimed at adults, beginners and improvers level, the three-hour workshop will begin with a ballet class to focus on warm up, technique, flexibility and posture. Class will be followed by a short talk about the quintessential, classical ballet Giselle, giving insight into the choreography, history and music of this dramatic ballet from the 19th Century. Finally, the participants will learn a short excerpt from Act 2 of this world-renowned ballet.

Participants may be interested to know that Giselle will be performed by Cork City Ballet at the Cork Opera House in November.
